Real stairs have started to go in. From the main floor to the upper landing, they were complete. Tomorrow, they should come back and do more.
The plumbers came out and dug to connect the house to the water/sewer. In the picture below, you can see the trench they dug from the house to the sewer connection. Out by the road, it looked as though they had installed our water meter. Almost ready for plumbing fixtures!
We've been getting the contract together for the painter and are hoping he can start later this week. Laminate counters have been ordered for the laundry room and landing cabinets. Laminate floors for the kitchen are on order and have been paid for. Moving right along...
